The Quality Assurance Manager establishes and enforces quality standards across every production tier, from raw material receiving to end-of-line audits. You are directly responsible for zero-defect production runs, AQL compliance, and pre-shipment customer approvals.
01Key deliverables
- D/01Oversee inbound raw fabric inspection using the standard ASTM 4-point system, shade-lot segregation, and shrinkage testing.
- D/02Establish inline checkpoints and end-of-line (EOL) inspection protocols across all sewing halls to minimize Defect per Hundred Units (DHU).
- D/03Supervise Top of Production (TOP) sampling, packaging audits, and Final Random Inspections (FRI) under standard AQL 1.5/2.5/4.0 parameters.
- D/04Champion root-cause analysis (RCA) on repeated stitching, measurement, or wash defects, standardizing technical corrective actions with floor supervisors.
