As an Apparel Production Merchandiser, you are the central commercial bridge between international brand buyers and our factory floor. You will oversee style execution from tech pack receipt and cost sheet formulation to Time & Action (T&A) calendar management, raw material approvals, and on-time shipment release.
01Key deliverables
- D/01Build accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) costings, including fabric consumption, trim allowances, and cut-and-make (CM) margins.
- D/02Direct customer approvals for lab dips, strike-offs, Pre-Production (PP) samples, and size-sets.
- D/03Monitor critical milestones across knitting/dyeing, cutting, sewing, and packing to resolve bottlenecks prior to Container Ready Dates (CRD).
- D/04Coordinate daily client communications across US and European accounts.
