The Garment Production Manager manages day-to-day manufacturing execution across our active production lines. You will drive line balancing, capacity utilization, labor efficiency, and daily takt pacing to meet delivery commitments without compromising safety or garment construction fidelity.
01Key deliverables
- D/01Orchestrate daily operations across multi-line sewing layouts, coordinating continuous bundle feeding from cutting to sewing and finishing.
- D/02Monitor hourly output versus daily targets, maximizing line efficiency based on Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM/SMV) and machine allocations.
- D/03Reduce changeover downtime and learning-curve decay during style switches through structured line balancing and mechanical setups.
- D/04Partner with industrial engineers and floor maintenance leads to clear bottlenecks, mitigate operator downtime, and maintain safety standards.
