The Export Logistics Specialist oversees inbound raw material supply chains and outbound global container shipments. You will manage customs clearance, shipping line bookings, ocean/air documentation, and container loading schedules to maintain compliance with strict shipping windows.
01Key deliverables
- D/01Manage ocean carrier bookings, container allocations (FCL/LCL), and inland transport to Alexandria and Port Said container terminals.
- D/02Prepare complete export documentation sets: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (EUR.1 / Form A), and QIZ compliance certificates.
- D/03Track inbound raw fabric and accessory consignments, coordinating with clearing agents to avoid demurrage and detention.
- D/04Reconcile physical container stuffing against customer carton breakdowns and GS1-128 shipping labels.
