The Factory Human Resources Officer drives workforce stability, labor law compliance, and plant-level personnel administration across our industrial facilities. You will ensure daily factory floor attendance accuracy, social insurance compliance, recruitment of skilled apparel operators, and industrial audit readiness.
01Key deliverables
- D/01Administer end-to-end plant personnel records under Egypt Labor Law No. 12 and Social Insurance Law No. 148 (Form 1, 2, and 6).
- D/02Manage daily shift biometric attendance integration, shift rotations, overtime calculations, and monthly factory payroll accruals.
- D/03Spearhead technical recruiting pipelines for skilled sewing machine operators, quality inspectors, cutting room staff, and mechanics.
- D/04Maintain social compliance and occupational health and safety standards aligned with international buyer audits (e.g., WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX).
