The Finance & Accounting Manager runs accounting and financial management across our factories, from the general ledger to monthly reporting. You lead the accounting team, keep the books in our ERP accurate, and give management clear numbers to run the business on. We're looking for experience in ready-to-wear garment factories, hands-on ERP skills and strong English.
01Key deliverables
- D/01Own accounting across all departments: general ledger, payables and receivables, inventory, costing, treasury and tax.
- D/02Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports, in English.
- D/03Lead the accountants: set priorities, review their work and raise the team's efficiency.
- D/04Run the finance side of the ERP: accurate entries, month-end close and controls, with more of the work moved into the system.
- D/05Manage budgets, cash flow and the year-end audit with external auditors.
