One group, from fabric to carton.
Since 2008
Three Stars Group has manufactured apparel in Alexandria, Egypt since 2008. The group runs 10 production units with 3,500 sewing machines and can produce 100,000 units a day.
Cutting with CAD/CAM, screen printing (more than 65,000 pieces a day), computerized embroidery, sewing, in-line checks and final AQL inspection all happen in our own facilities. Knit fabrics come from our stock and local mills; wovens and trims come through the group's China office.
We make garments to your tech pack, under your brand, packed to your spec, and ship them on FOB, CIF, DDP and other terms. Egypt has duty-free access to the USA under QIZ and to Europe under the Euro-Mediterranean agreement (EUR.1). Brands we have produced for include Walmart, Under Armour, Disney, H&M and Puma.
