What we make.

Men · ladies · kids

Three Stars Group has made knit garments in Alexandria since 2008, across 10 production units with 3,500 sewing machines. Activewear and sportswear are a large share of that work. Brands we have produced for include Under Armour, Puma, New Balance and Walmart.

We make training, running, yoga and swim styles for men, ladies and kids, in polyester, recycled polyester (GRS), cotton blends and jersey.

Private label, lead times and shipping.

OEM · terms

We work as a private label (OEM) manufacturer. You send a tech pack, sample or sketch; we develop and sample in-house, then make the garments to your tech pack, under your brand, with your labels and tags, packed to your spec.

Lead times depend on the fabric: about 30 days for single jersey from stock, because we keep 500 tons of greige stock in-house, and about 45 days for most locally sourced knit fabrics such as jersey and fleece. Transit from Alexandria takes about 1 week to most of Europe and about 3 weeks to major US ports.

Egypt has duty-free access to the USA under the QIZ agreement and to Europe under the Euro-Mediterranean agreement (EUR.1). We ship on FOB, CIF, DDP and other terms, depending on what suits your program.

Our certifications and audits include ISO 9001, WRAP Gold, Better Work, BSCI, SEDEX, Higg Index, GRS, OCS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100. We are FAMA (Disney) certified and an Inditex approved facility. See all certifications.
